Responsive, personable, made sure we had no issues through the whole process and advocated for a fair deal. Made what can be a very stressful event painless. Generous with her time explaining or talking through anything that came up. Kim arranged to have a closer come to my home to save me time, which was very convenient. All the documents leading up to closing were signed via a portal making it super easy.
